Responsibilities
Are you the 'Responsible Person'? Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 this is defined as:
"Anyone who has control or anyone who has a degree of control over certain areas within the premises. This could be the owner, employer or occupier."
If you have licensed premises or more than 5 employees your fire risk assessment should be recorded in a document that is available for inspection
